Fashion Fetish

Fashion has never been about playing it safe, and festishes leaving the bedroom and entering the fashion world certainly is a daring trend - but harnesses, leather and caging within clothing can give a strong and exciting new look. Chromat is a brand based around sculpturing and emphasising shapes of the body in lattice-like caged structures. The architectural inspirations, from ex-architecture student turned designer Becca McCharen are evident, as are the sexual nature of the clothing, giving a sleek nod to the fetish trend.

BCBG Max Azria

BCBG Max Azria's big accessory that dominated their SS13 collection was the leather body harness. Shown in different shapes, over different clothing and emphasising different areas of the torso - the harness was a really exciting addition to the collection, completely transforming the simple clothing in a sexy yet classy way.
